Position Servicedesk support engineer
As servicedesk support engineer you are responsible for customer issues, identify problems and advising on solutions, logging and keeping records of customer / employee queries.
You know how to analyse logs, can spot common trends and underlying problems, update self-help documents, and are capable of elegantly helping customers or employees with their issues. You have a passion for ICT services with a great sense of responsibilty to solve issues. a team player that meshes well with the service management team and a good sense of humor.

Profile
- A minimum of 1 year experience with IT service support
- Customer telephone and mail call handling.
- Global knowledge of Windows, Linux, network & infrastructure.
- Sufficient communciation skills in Dutch and English
- An education on at least MBO level
